Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Comera store at store.comeragroup.co.uk (the "store"). The store is operated by Comera Movement Science Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03854711), registered office Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, BS8 1HP, for itself and on behalf of the other companies of Comera Group (the "Group").
By accessing or using the site you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the site. Please read the Terms together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
These Terms cover your use of the website. Anything you buy through the store is governed by our Terms of Sale, and tutors, course organisers and franchise partners who run courses through the store do so under their written agreement with the relevant Group company.
Using our website
You may use the site only for lawful purposes - to find, book and buy courses and products, manage your account and certificates, run courses you are accredited or approved for, and get in touch. You must not:
- use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, any content on it, its server or any connected infrastructure, or disrupt it (for example by introducing malware or attempting to overload it);
- submit false or misleading information, or use our forms to send spam or unsolicited content;
- share your sign-in with anyone else, or use someone else's;
- copy, extract or re-use content from the site except as permitted below.

The content on this site is general information about our courses, products and programmes. It is not medical, clinical, safety or legal advice and must not be relied on as such. You may not use our trade marks without permission, either alone or in combination with other words or design elements, including in any press release, advertisement, or other promotional or marketing material or media, whether in written, oral, electronic, visual or any other form.
You may view, but not copy, print, distribute or modify, the content on the site; provided that such use is for informational, non-commercial purposes only.
You are not authorised to copy or use any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in the site.

Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms (or part of a provision) is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force. If any provision that is invalid, unenforceable or illegal in a jurisdiction would be valid, enforceable or legal in that jurisdiction if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply, in that jurisdiction, with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the commercial intention of the parties, and in every other jurisdiction, all of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
