Police First Aid Skills Module 4: First Aid at Work is the workplace first-aid component of Comera’s structured Police First Aid Skills training — bringing the standard First Aid at Work competencies into the policing operational context.

Who it’s for

For serving police officers, PCSOs, and other policing personnel completing the Police First Aid Skills training programme. Module 4 covers the First Aid at Work competencies within the police-specific pathway.

What you’ll learn

• Standard First Aid at Work assessment and response, in the policing operational context
• Casualty scene management in operational policing settings
• CPR, AED, and airway management adapted for operational deployment
• Handover to ambulance services from operational contexts
• Police-specific documentation and reporting

Format

• Prerequisite: part of the Police First Aid Skills programme (previous modules)
• Delivery: in-person, by arrangement with police training commissioners
• Materials: learner materials and certificate on successful completion

Outcomes

On completion officers hold workplace-first-aid competency within the policing operational context — supporting the wider Police First Aid Skills programme and operational readiness.
