Hosted within an online platform, the system generates reports detailing areas requiring either motor control or strength and conditioning interventions. Online education comes as part of the package.
For practitioners working with golfers of any level, the Golf Matrix supplies a rigorous and systematic qualitative movement assessment as used within the highest levels of the game. The system is designed to highlight specific characteristics of movement clinically observed to be linked to the presence of injury history or injury subsequent onset. The system also helps practitioners identify features of players’ movement that may be resilient to typical coaching cues, allowing exercise interventions to open a range of new movement solutions to address the challenges of the modern game. Education delivers the principles and the required skillset to employ the system within both clinical and performance settings.
