SAFHEE Management

SAFHEE® management, an acronym standing for the management of Security Awareness in Fragile/Hostile Events & Environments, represents an advanced framework that builds upon the foundational principles of SAFE knowledge. This comprehensive approach empowers risk advisors with the necessary tools and insights to remain constantly attuned to the evolving threats and hazards present in today’s complex landscapes. By integrating a deep understanding of the human factors involved in risk mitigation, SAFHEE® management equips professionals with a holistic perspective, enabling them to anticipate, assess, and effectively respond to potential dangers.

Developed based on best practices, the course is meticulously designed to provide participants with additional strategies and tools. Certified by Highfield, certificates will be provided upon completion of the course, validating the acquisition of essential competencies in safeguarding against security risks in fragile and hostile environments.

The course duration is 16 guided learning hours covered over 2 days, which includes:

• Map risks in overseas projects to create a training matrix based on SAFHEE® management.
• Gain knowledge of situational awareness.

• Evaluate environments and make practical decisions prioritising personal safety and security.

Instructors for the course bring several years of experience in lone worker and travel safety security, backed by a remarkable 21-year background in security risk management across various global locations.
