Description
The TPM exercise catalogue is an excellent resource for practitioners looking to build a movement retraining programme. The catalogue is hosted on Physiotec’s state of the art exercise software; trusted by practitioners across the world. The catalogue supplies hundreds of retraining options to choose from, each classified by site, direction, and muscle recruitment threshold (for example, hip, medial rotation, at a high threshold of muscle recruitment).
Practitioners can select the retraining option to address their client/patients’ needs, and in so doing, design a programme, that they can send to their clients or patients, thereby facilitating remote support, aiding both compliance and adherence to unsupervised retraining regimes.
Originally designed to complement The Performance Matrix (TPM) system, this catalogue also works as a standalone tool to support practitioners deliver movement retraining at their chosen site, direction, and threshold; this includes both coordination dissociation retraining, and exercises designed to place emphasis on specific muscle synergists.
The catalogue is fully online and can be accessed anywhere, on a range of devices.
Who’s it for?
This catalogue specifically supports use of The Performance Matrix system including TPM Essentials, TPM Express, and The Signature Range Matrices but is also suitable for all clinicians and practitioners with a desire to employ movement retraining within their practice.
