TPM Essentials offers high resolution, time efficient movement analysis and risk reporting for online/telehealth and face to face client appointments.
This web-supported platform supplies four testing batteries (matrices). Each matrix reveals movement characteristics (lost movement choices) likely to increase injury risk or limit performance. The platform generates a report identifying each lost movement choice by its site (e.g., hip) and direction (e. g., flexion), allowing practitioners to delivery high individualised exercise interventions (retraining). Additionally, testing can be performed at either a low or high threshold of muscle recruitment, allowing for lost movement choices to be profiled with a high degree of resolution. This threshold specific testing allows for the identification of performance deficit or risk related movement patterns that only present during loaded/fast motion (high threshold) or during slow, non-fatiguing activities that characterise the majority of daily life.
