This series of sessions helps develop the skills and theoretical understanding to successfully use QBands to enhance performance and reduce the impact of injury risk factors. Developed by world renowned high-performance physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach, Andy Barr (DPT, CSCS), the QBands system is a game changer when it comes to delivering highly targeted exercise intervention in any environment.

This course introduces practitioners to QBands, not only as a tangible piece of exercise equipment, but also as a framework to enhance multiple characteristics of movement coordination strategies. In support of the use of QBands, this course also includes key underpinning theoretical elements from Comera Movement Science’s range of education.

The selected content supplies a richer exploration of some fundamental principles that have contributed to Andy’s philosophy and inspiration to develop QBands. Content, delivered by Mark Comerford and Lincoln Blandford, has been taken from the Kinetic Control, and The Performance Matrix education modules in addition to QBands-specific content that has been recorded and added to this course.
