I am a highly experienced and qualified Life Coach, based in Lincolnshire. I’ve worked on UK wide leadership events with Dame Kelly Holmes DBE and Amy Williams MBE, and I am currently a mindset consultant for Bear Gryllls in his Be Military Fit venture.
I’ve been directly involved in the physical and mindset development, motivation, confidence building and the promotion of positivity to thousands of servicemen men and women over the past 31 years. I coach and guide clients to make, meet, and exceed their personal and professional goals, aims, and aspirations in life. The coaching service I provide centres around 4 main areas: Motivation, Confidence, Positivity, Health and Fitness. Whilst these are my 4 fundamental packages, I also offer Leadership and Management coaching, Business development coaching and Relationship coaching. Following a consultation process, a strategic plan is agreed between coach and client. I use a number of proven methods and techniques along with a deep thought-provoking questioning process that empowers the client to act. I will ask the tough questions that quite often never get asked!
Life coaching isn’t counselling or therapy; it’s more attuned to mindset reprogramming, aimed at helping clients realise their inner hidden potential and capabilities. It’s geared towards breaking cognitive restraints of limiting beliefs that hold clients back from excelling in life.
Who is it for?
My Life Coaching is aimed at anyone (16+) who wants to excel and exceed in either their personal and/or professional lives. Coaching sessions are tailored specifically to those who may be psychologically stuck, have a lack of direction, self-discipline, motivation, confidence, positivity, or physically lacking in Health, Fitness and/or Nutrition.

Clients realise their self-worth. They have more motivation, increased confidence levels and a more positive outlook on life. This not only improves their personal lives but also their performance at work. My specific coaching technique centres around self-accountability, honesty, reality, and self realisation. This ensures the client takes sole responsibility and action, to achieve their particular life goal.
What’s involved?
Initial one hour consultation between client and coach followed by a specifically tailored package.
The coaching sessions are then delivered as one hour, 1-2-1 weekly sessions via any online platform such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Teams, or FaceTime
