This level 3 course course is ideal for people looking to build their understanding of threat, risk and conflict and build practical skills for managing these when they occur. This is a half-day face-to-face course comprising 3 hours of guided learning. There will be theoretical and practical elements to the course, including practical self-defence demonstrations and training.Pre-requisite:
You must have completed Module 2: Safety and Security Training before starting this course. Learners must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be physically capable of completing the practical assessment. It is also advised that learners have a minimum of Level 1 in English.What’s included?

- Develop self-defence knowledge and skills
