The Movement Solution 1 (TMS1 UK)

The Movement Solution 1 is the flagship Kinetic Control course, delivering insight on the underpinning principles that support the Kinetic Control approach. This intensive course explores the concepts of Movement Health, testing, retraining, and clinical reasoning to fast-track practitioners’ utilisation of movement as the intervention of choice with their patient groups.

The course is supported by more than 20 eLearning sessions delivered by Technical Director, Mark Comerford. Forming the bedrock of the Kinetic Control approach, this theory content will then be applied practically, taking delegates through a clinical reasoning framework and developing skills of testing via cognitive movement control tests and muscle synergy recruitment efficiency. Motor learning principles will be enhanced within movement retraining focusing on the site and direction of compromised Movement Health.

On completion of the full 9-day programme, delegates can apply to be accredited as a Kinetic Control Movement Therapist.
